Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience (you know how to keep things calm and helpful)
  • Clear communication skills (kind, direct, and easy to understand)
  • Comfort working in a mostly remote role with occasional in-office meetings in Salt Lake City
  • A team-first mindset and a genuine desire to help people
