About The Position
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Bank First, you will be the face of the bank, responsible for building relationships, solving problems, and assisting guests in achieving their financial goals. Your role will involve handling teller transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, and providing exceptional service with professionalism and care. This position is crucial in shaping the positive experience that guests associate with Bank First.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience required
- Cash handling preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Open and maintain deposit accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, HSAs)
- Process teller transactions and balance your cash drawer accurately
- Update customer information and assist with account research
- Help guests with fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Manage debit card requests and safe deposit box services
- Prepare wire transfer documents
- Follow bank policies and federal regulations
