About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role involves a hybrid of responsibilities, with 75% focused on personal lines and 25% on commercial lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. This position offers a mix of in-office and remote work, providing flexibility and a supportive work culture.

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with exposure to both personal and commercial lines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, rating systems, and agency management systems
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Hardworking and dedicated
  • Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills
  • Background check, reference check, and credit check required prior to start date
  • Availability to start before December 1st

  • Multi-carrier experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of personal and commercial insurance accounts (75% personal lines, 25% commercial lines)
  • Provide comprehensive support to producers, including quoting new and renewal business
  • Handle billing inquiries and processes
  • Utilize multiple carrier systems, including Westfield, Safeco, Western Reserve, Central, Progressive, and Hastings
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction
