Requirements
- 1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we’ll train the right person!)
- A team player who’s excited about growth and contributing to success
- High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
- Be the voice of A Plus—support customers by phone, email, and chat, creating exceptional service experiences that make a lasting impression.
- Deliver top-notch service with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Handle a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency.
- Communicate across multiple channels to resolve issues and provide timely updates.
- Research solutions and respond to customer needs with helpful, accurate information.
- Keep detailed and organized records of customer interactions.
- Spot opportunities to recommend services that add value for our customers.
- Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth service process.
- Learn our products and services so you can be the go-to resource for customers.
