About The Position

Domino's is growing and we are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our team! We offer immediate hire with short or long shifts, and flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time hours available. Work the shifts that work for you!

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to follow directives.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Take and process orders via verbal, written, and telephone communication.
Provide excellent customer service.
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck, which may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Stack cases onto shelves up to 72" high.
Navigate stairs or climb a ladder for tasks such as changing prices on signs, washing walls, and performing maintenance.
Perform forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
Crouch and bend occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reach continuously (up, down, and forward) for various tasks including operating oven controls, changing sign prices, and stocking/retrieving items from shelves.
Perform eye-hand coordination tasks continuously throughout the day.
Shape pizza dough requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Manipulate a pizza peel and use a rolling cutter.
Perform frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
Talk and hear on the telephone.
Analyze and compile data.
Make good judgments and decisions.
Perform repetitive tasks.
Work alone and well with others.
Work well under stress.
Meet strict quality control standards.
