U-Haul is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join their team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and utilizing technology for dispatch and returns. The position includes on-the-job training, with opportunities to start immediately and get paid daily. U-Haul offers two hands-on working interviews, with payment for each, and a $100 hiring bonus. An additional $300 cash bonus is available upon completion of the U-Haul Equipment Inspection and Verification through the 1-2-3 Punch Certification Program at retail stores. This role requires availability for Saturday/Sunday/Monday shifts and involves 15-20 hours per week. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
