About The Position

SolvOne is seeking a dedicated individual to join our expanding Remote Customer Service Representative Dispatch Team. We provide continuous 24/7/365 service for clients in the Petroleum Industry. When a gas station requires maintenance, our CSRs are the first point of contact, dispatching technicians to resolve the issues. Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience.
  • A strong internet connection.
  • Ability to set up a home office with company-provided equipment.
  • Must be a resident of Kenosha in the Wisconsin area.
  • Positive attitude, great work ethic, and a passion for helping others.
  • Dependability and commitment to punctuality and performance.
  • Ability to dedicate full attention to work without providing care for others during work hours.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet navigation.
  • Ability to learn new information, policies, and skills, including software and petroleum industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrate an organized and accurate approach, with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
  • Successfully pass a computer skills assessment.
  • Successfully pass training evaluations.
  • Successfully pass the trial service period.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch technicians to gas station maintenance locations.
  • Handle customer service interactions via phone and computer.
  • Learn and apply new information, policies, software, and petroleum industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrate an organized and accurate approach to problem-solving and prioritization.
  • Utilize a phone and computer effectively for the duration of the shift.
  • Provide superior service to customers.
