About The Position

Midway Plumbing is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the voice of our company. This part-time, in-office position offers a steady schedule and a team environment. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. As the CSR, you will be the first point of contact, assisting customers with their plumbing needs, scheduling appointments efficiently, and ensuring customers feel confident in their choice to call Midway Plumbing.

Requirements

• Previous CSR or call center experience at an HVAC or plumbing company
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable following call scripts and processes (ServiceTitan knowledge a plus!)
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and get customers scheduled quickly
• Assist customers with their plumbing service needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and technicians
• Handle a high call volume while staying organized and efficient
• Enter and update customer information accurately
• Prioritize calls, including urgent and emergency requests
• Deliver a great experience on every call
