As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. The role involves working around the store, both inside and out, to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required, and you will interact with many customers daily while working with an energetic team to accomplish tasks. Key skills for this role include selling products, providing excellent customer care, effective communication, performing at a quick pace, teamwork, problem-solving, and quick thinking.
