Requirements

  • Customer-facing role with 1-2 years of experience
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license required (we train you and cover exam fees).
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
  • Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Manage incoming calls, messages, billing questions, policy updates, and offer recommendations.
  • Resolve customer concerns ensuring a positive experience.
  • Stay informed about GEICO’s products and identify cross-selling opportunities to assist customers.

  • Starting Salary: $29.28 per hour/$59,000 annually and $34.24 per hour/$69,000 annually.
