Requirements

- Monitoring and responding to emails
- Routing freight to drivers in designated service areas
- Resolving customer service issues and shipment concerns
- Coordinating with departments to address service failures
- Performing general office and administrative duties
- Operating computer systems and entering shipment data accurately
