About The Position

We're looking for a Customer Care Representative to join a fast-paced customer support team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with order placement, order status updates, product questions, pricing inquiries, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, can manage multiple priorities, and works well with teams across the organization to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

1+ year of previous customer service, customer support, call center, or order management experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling both phone and email support
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

Experience working with ERP systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding orders, pricing, products, and account information
Enter and manage customer orders accurately within the company's ERP system
Handle customer concerns and complaints while providing a high level of customer service
Monitor and respond to incoming emails to meet team service and response goals
Create and maintain customer accounts and related records
Work closely with teams including logistics, supply chain, sales, regulatory affairs, and trade compliance to resolve customer needs
Troubleshoot basic product or technical issues over the phone and process return authorizations when needed
Communicate potential issues, delays, or customer concerns to leadership proactively
Participate in daily team meetings and contribute toward departmental goals and KPI metrics
Consistently meet productivity, quality, and customer service expectations
