About The Position

We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies. The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for supporting OEM parts operations, inventory control, and reconciliation activities related to Port Installed Options (PIO). This role manages parts tracking, discrepancy investigations, reporting, and repair order processing while ensuring inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. The position works closely with warehouse operations, VPC, and OEM customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage PIO/Parts inventory control and variance reconciliation
  • Monitor and reconcile VELES and AMOS inventory transactions
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, and open PIO issues
  • Track and reconcile PIO by VIN, repair orders, and claims processing
  • Verify shipment receipts against packing slips and system records
  • Perform and support physical inventories and cycle counts
  • Monitor open units, decommitted units, and Delivery Zone (DZ) inventory
  • Ensure uninstalled parts are properly returned and documented
  • Prepare reports, pull lists, and inventory reconciliation documentation
  • Coordinate with VPC, warehouse, and OEM representatives to resolve operational issues
  • Support daily warehouse and parts distribution operations
  • Provide customer support and respond to operational inquiries
  • Assist with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
  • Support compliance with company procedures and inventory control processes
  • Other duties as assigned
