The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for supporting OEM parts operations, inventory control, and reconciliation activities related to Port Installed Options (PIO). This role manages parts tracking, discrepancy investigations, reporting, and repair order processing while ensuring inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. The position works closely with warehouse operations, VPC, and OEM customers.
