About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative with Pavestone, you will be responsible for providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to contractors and customers, offering technical assistance for product installation and maintenance, creating accurate invoices/sales orders, collaborating with Outside Sales Representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining product knowledge, understanding competitor products, assisting with dispatching and scheduling deliveries, and completing daily paperwork. This is an on-site role and will not be remote or hybrid at any time.

Requirements

  • A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortability walking through Manufacturing Yards (which may be a dirtier/outdoor environment).

Responsibilities

  • Providing in-person and on-the-phone customer service to our contractors and customers.
  • Providing technical assistance for installing and maintaining the products we sell.
  • Creating accurate and complete invoices/sales orders.
  • Working with Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining knowledge of products and their applications.
  • Knowing competitor products.
  • Assisting with dispatching and scheduling deliveries.
  • Completing daily paperwork.
