As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Seymour Vet Clinic, you'll be the friendly face and voice of the clinic, ensuring a positive experience for clients and their pets. We are an old practice that is currently expanding and growing with our clients. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude that is able to handle client inquiries, schedule appointments, manage client records, assist with billing, answer phone calls, emails, and faxes all while maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor. We need someone that is dedicated and flexible with their schedule. We work different shifts as needed so being able to work different days of the week is a must! We need someone that is looking more for a career than just a job. We have a great team here! We are looking for someone that will add to our positive work culture! We are currently looking for a part-time employee with the possibility of full time later on.
