Responsibilities

  • Deliver a welcoming and professional experience in every interaction
  • Build strong relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Guide customers through their journey—from first visit to ongoing support
  • Partner with the sales team to help drive revenue
  • Assist with follow-ups, outreach, and customer engagement
  • Support promotions, events, and in-store initiatives
  • Help customers understand financing options and payment plans
  • Assist with credit applications and transactions
  • Provide solutions-oriented support for account questions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Use POS systems and tools efficiently
  • Support daily store operations and team collaboration
