About The Position

S&S Mechanical is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in St. George, UT. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, answering inbound calls, scheduling HVAC and plumbing service appointments, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. For more than 40 years, S&S Mechanical has provided trusted HVAC and plumbing services throughout St. George and the surrounding communities. Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in a customer support, receptionist, administrative, dispatch, or office support role is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
  • Reliable and dependable attendance
  • Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
