About The Position

Brown Cooling, Heating, Plumbing and Electrical is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated Customer Support team. This role involves providing professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and multiple service platforms in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, adaptable, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to quickly switch between multiple platforms and applications
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Birmingham, AL before starting work (Required)
  • Call Center or Customer Support (1+ year required)
