Candidates should be comfortable managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, possess strong computer skills, and have experience in clerical or office tasks. (Minimum 1 year of experience required)

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities
