About The Position

Koch Filter, in partnership with Atmus Filtration Technologies, is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This role provides essential support to various accounts and channels, including customers, Regional Sales Managers, Engineers, and Plants. The representative will be responsible for processing orders, researching and responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer concerns and issues within specified timeframes, all under general supervision.
