About The Position

Domino's is growing and we are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our team! This role offers immediate hire with flexible scheduling, allowing for short or long shifts, and both part-time and full-time hours. Our Customer Service Representatives have the opportunity to work a schedule that works with their lives and can pursue various promotional opportunities within the company.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
  • Ability to follow directives.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work alone and well with others.
  • Ability to work well under stress.
  • Ability to meet strict quality control standards.
  • Ability to analyze and compile data.
  • Ability to make good judgments and decisions.
  • Eye-hand coordination is essential.
  • Near and mid-range vision required for most in-store tasks.
  • Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
  • Far and night vision required for driving.

Responsibilities

  • Take and process orders via verbal, writing, and telephone.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck.
  • Stock ingredients and supplies.
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as changing prices on signs and washing walls.
  • Assemble cardboard pizza boxes.
  • Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven.
  • Use a rolling cutter.
  • Scoop cornmeal from a plastic barrel.
  • Wash dishes.
  • Answer phones.
  • Drive (implied by "driving for Domino's" and "far and night vision required for driving")
