The Customer Service Representative manages customer accounts by working with the customer to develop and facilitate increased business relationships. This role involves working with blueprints, purchase orders, and quotes to provide pricing, and entering new or changed orders. The representative will develop and maintain positive relationships with key customer contacts in Quality, Production Control, Source Inspection, and Operations. They will interact with manufacturing and supervisory personnel to communicate information back to the customer, using written and oral communication skills daily to facilitate customer or Company concerns, instructions, or requests. The role requires entering, following, and managing quotations and customer orders, responding to RFQs, and troubleshooting and resolving issues with a sense of urgency. The representative will deal directly with TTM Production Control for accurate and timely information and will navigate and utilize TTM’s Praxa business system and TTM’s Customer Connect quoting system. Responsibilities also include facilitating and attending meetings, reporting all accidents, near misses, and safety concerns, and performing job duties utilizing required personal protective equipment (PPE). Full participation in safety training and understanding of Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE Assessments, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and all Safety Procedures and Alerts is required.
