About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing friendly customer service and helping maintain the store’s appearance and standards. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and sometimes assisting with the food program. Team members work in multiple areas around the store, inside and outside, and complete daily tasks with an energetic team. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The position offers task variety, comprehensive paid training, and opportunities for career advancement.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
