Requirements

Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software is a plus.
Possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Assist customers with product information, service scheduling, and resolving concerns.
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our database.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
