About The Position

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. This role involves performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, maintaining daily upkeep of assigned areas, reporting incidents, and complying with safety regulations. The position requires teamwork, professionalism in communication, and adherence to company procedures.

Requirements

Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Completed all safety and task training certification
Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team
Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds

Nice To Haves

Bilingual a plus
May be required to have a valid driver’s license
May be required to be forklift certified

Responsibilities

Perform janitorial duties
Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
Operate motorized cleaning equipment
Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
Perform repetitive tasks
Maintain clean work area
Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
Take direction and respond to supervision
Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
Fill in during staff shortage
Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
Use proper personal protective equipment
Present a professional appearance and conduct
Understand customer service and satisfaction
Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
