About The Position

This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in computer applications.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft office suite applications including Outlook.
• Ability to learn and effectively use other computer software systems.
• Ability to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
• Must have visual and aural faculties sufficient to enable employee to perform all tasks as set forth and assigned to him/her.

Nice To Haves

• Food service knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and correct problems.
• Request assistance to correct problems when necessary.
• Refer problems to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform all assigned tasks with sufficient visual and aural faculties.
