About The Position
Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Customer Service Rep (CSR) for the Imaging Department in Jacksonville, Florida. This position will be located at our Baptist ED North campus at Dunn Avenue. This is a Full Time Day shift Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm opportunity.
Requirements
- Less than 1 year experience
- High School Diploma
Responsibilities
- Performs duties necessary for the smooth operation of the designated areas in conjunction with the technologist.
- Exhibits good communications skills, excellent phone etiquette and promotes good will and a positive reassuring attitude with all customers.
- Provides assistance to technologists, physicians and patients.
- Checks paperwork for accuracy and prepares patients for procedures.
- Participates in patient transfer, transportation and file manipulation.
