We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our policyholders, agents, lenders, and strategic partners—delivering accurate information, timely support, and an exceptional customer experience across multiple lines of business. The Customer Service Representative provides high-quality service by answering customer inquiries, delivering policy-related information, and providing quotes. This role focuses on creating a positive, personalized experience through a knowledgeable, helpful, and professional approach while operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with call center experience being highly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment
  • Efficient multitasking skills, with the ability to type while listening to customer calls and navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space that is quiet, private, and free from distractions

Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound contacts from policyholders, agents, lenders, and strategic accounts across all lines of business
  • Provide written communications as requested, including policy documents, paid receipts, lender verifications, and email follow-ups
  • Process transactions in an omni-channel environment (phone, chat, and email) for multiple products and lines of business
  • Navigate and utilize multiple computer applications, including scheduling systems, policy management systems, and other support tools
  • Meet individual performance and attendance metrics while demonstrating flexibility with shifts, upskilling, and expanding skillsets based on business needs
  • Maintain a distraction-free, professional work environment
  • Deliver a personalized customer experience by actively listening, identifying individual needs, and developing thoughtful, accurate solutions
