About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives who also make pizzas. Team members work in the kitchen and serve customers by taking phone and counter orders, preparing pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, operating the cash register, and keeping equipment and the facility clean. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, teamwork, a professional appearance, and pride in preparing high-quality pizzas. Paid training is provided. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including work for a day or two per week.

Requirements

• Be fun and friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Take counter orders and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide good customer service.
