About The Position

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑first environment and is ready to grow into a long‑term opportunity. If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working hands‑on in an office setting, this could be your next great step. This is a Contract to Hire position.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong computer skills; comfortable with order entry systems and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer quotations and order processing via phone, email, and fax
  • Enter, confirm, and track orders while coordinating shipping and warehouse documentation
  • Support sales teams with stock checks, pricing inquiries, and open order status
