About The Position

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to support members with healthcare benefits during open enrollment. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, answer benefit questions, assist with enrollment and COBRA, and provide clear, compassionate support in a fast‑paced call center environment.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • 1+ year healthcare call center experience required
  • Experience working remotely
  • Computer skills (Windows, MS Word & Excel)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Reliable, high‑speed internet connection
  • Must reside in Texas

Responsibilities

  • Handle calls and emails related to medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits
  • Support open enrollment, qualifying life events, and COBRA inquiries
  • Reset passwords, update member information, and order ID cards
  • Educate members on benefits and online tools
  • Document interactions and collaborate with internal teams
