About The Position

Customer Service Representative K&R Staffing HR Consulting LLC is currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for a growing medical supply retailer. The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling cash and credit card transactions, assisting customers with product selections, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, cashiering, or a similar customer-facing role required
• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs
• Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory displays
• Receive and organize incoming merchandise
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Answer customer questions regarding products and availability
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking efforts
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times
