About The Position

Our tight-knit team in Loveland, Colorado, is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join us full-time. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met. More than anything, we’re looking for a highly collaborative and dependable Retail Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business. We are a small, passionate, and fast-paced team that is fully invested in our company's success, and we value contributions from each team member.

Requirements

Experience conducting customer needs assessments, meeting quality standards for service, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desire to continuously look for ways to help people.
Critical thinking skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to a problem.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization.
Answer inbound calls, assist walk-in clients, and respond to emails.
Convey our expertise in products, services, and capabilities to clients.
Communicate client requirements to the support team.
Convey to clients by telephone, in-person, or through email, information about products or services; take or enter orders; and maintain communication regarding the status of their products.
Complete estimates for requested services, collect deposits or payments, or arrange billing.
Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
