About The Position

Foster Blue Water Oil, LLC seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Carsonville Bulk Plant. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, managing payments, and performing administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Two years of Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Moderate data entry and computer skills required.
  • Effective communication skills, friendly, organized, and professional.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, resolutions for issues, and complaints.
  • Assist customers at the counter.
  • Fill Cylinders (reimbursement for every tank filled).
  • Process customer orders.
  • Post payments daily in the computer system.
  • Reconcile daily deposits.
  • File and scan documents.
  • Greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.
