About The Position

Domino's is seeking Customer Service Representatives for both part-time and full-time positions. Part-time candidates will work 3-4 hour shifts, 3-4 days a week, assisting during lunch and dinner rushes. The role requires high energy individuals who enjoy interacting with people, possess a friendly voice, and are motivated. Representatives are expected to bring a positive attitude to customers and represent the welcoming face for a Locally Owned Domino’s Pizza. Key duties include welcoming customers over the phone or in person, sharing the menu, and taking orders. Additional responsibilities, after proper training, involve pre-rush preparation, cleaning, pizza making, oven tending, and expediting delivery orders.
