About The Position

Domino's is growing and we are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our team! We offer immediate hire with short or long shifts, and flexible scheduling. Part-time and full-time hours are available, allowing you to work the shifts that work for you. Our Customer Service Representatives have the opportunity to work a schedule that works with their lives with flexible full-time and part-time shifts. Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Ability to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
  • Ability to follow directives.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

  • Ability to grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

  • Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
  • Far and night vision required for driving.

Responsibilities

  • Take and process orders via verbal, writing, and telephone.
  • Make correct monetary change.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Analyze and compile data.
  • Make good judgments and decisions.
  • Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck.
  • Stock ingredients and supplies.
  • Navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance.
  • Perform tasks at the pizza assembly station.
  • Stock shelves and clean low areas.
  • Turn on/off oven controls, change prices on signs, and lift/lower objects to and from shelves.
  • Scoop ingredients, wash dishes.
  • Obtain topping ingredients, clean work surfaces, and answer phones.
  • Shape pizza dough.
  • Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and using the rolling cutter.
  • Pinch and grasp items like cans, pizza cutters, pizza peels, and pizza boxes.
  • Talk and hear on the telephone.
  • Perform in-store tasks requiring depth perception, near and mid-range vision.
  • Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
  • Driving (far and night vision required).
