About The Position
The Customer Service Representative welcomes customers over the phone and in person, shares the menu, and takes orders. The role also includes pre-rush preparation, cleaning, making pizzas, tending the oven, and expediting delivery orders after appropriate training. Candidates should be energetic, friendly, motivated, and comfortable interacting with customers. Part-time positions involve 3–4-hour shifts, 3–4 days per week, assisting during lunch and dinner rushes; full-time positions are also available.
