Responsibilities

Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for member inquiries.
Deliver personalized support with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
Simplify complex financial products and services into clear, easy-to-understand solutions.
Assist members with accounts, debit and credit cards, loans, savings products, retirement planning, and more.
Use technology and multiple systems to efficiently resolve questions and concerns.
Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that help members achieve their financial goals.
Create positive experiences that strengthen member relationships and reinforce trust.
