About The Position
Mackin’s Auto Body is seeking a fulltime Customer Service Representative (CSR) with exemplary customer service skills for our Tesla certified location. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who demonstrates follow through while multi-tasking. In this entry level position, you will receive ongoing training and a chance to grow within our highly successful company.

Responsibilities
- Greet all customers upon arrival, qualify the customer and vehicle, and determine their specific needs
- Based on customer input, assure their understanding of the collision repair/ claims process
- Inform the customer of the positive qualities of Mackin’s Auto Body
- Obtain necessary customer information
- Take photos to document the needed estimate
- Note any non-collision damage or maintenance issues that may impede our repairs
- Set up an appointment for estimate and /or date
- Perform the pre-repair inspection upon drop off with the customer
- Maintain contact with the customer during the repair and proactively inform them if anticipated delivery date changes
- Review vehicle post repair for repair/ refinish condition
- Filing, paperwork as needed
