Requirements

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's schedule efficiently
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member
Process payments and maintain accurate records of client transactions
Maintain accurate client records and update information as necessary
Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed
Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
