About The Position

The Customer Service Representative 1 role is responsible for receiving and entering orders from our customers and coordinating with sales, supply chain, accounting, and other departments to ensure superior customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of Office Suite
• Previous customer database experience and order entry

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous communication with sales agents, production planning, and customers to ensure timely deliveries of quality products to meet customers' needs
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to company policies
• Work closely with accounts receivable team to maintain customer credit limits
• Process new customers, including credit approval and establish new accounts
• Ensure customer sign-off for orders, specs, and other required documents
