Provides customer support to business customers via the telephone and/or Internet (e.g. instant message, email). Handles customer inquiries and resolves simple and basic support issues, such as pricing/availability, processing orders and warranties, or technical assistance. Performs other administrative duties as required. Under general supervision, Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing, general information and technical problem resolution to customers, processing customer orders and returns, and all general circumstances required in satisfying customer needs via telephone and written communication.
