About The Position
Arrow Glass Industries in San Antonio, TX, a residential, multi-family, and commercial glass company, is in search of a Customer Service Representative. This role requires the ability to multi-task with attention to detail in an environment of changing deadlines and priorities. The representative will act as a liaison, provide product and services information, and deliver excellent customer service with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency. The position involves assisting customers before, during, and after a sale. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment and remain patient and professional when interacting with customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Experience in the glass industry, construction industry, or service/trade industries is beneficial. While customer service experience is preferred, it is not strictly required. Candidates must pass a background check and drug test.
