This role involves providing introductory information to new customers, ensuring customer satisfaction with products or services, and following up with clients. You will inform customers about additional products or services, determine the most effective ways to answer questions, and escalate concerns to the appropriate areas. Responsibilities include troubleshooting common issues, collaborating with other departments for solutions, answering and directing telephone calls professionally, and maintaining knowledge of all products. You will also enter credit memos, contact customers regarding backorders or shipping delays, and be prepared for varied schedules based on the production schedule.
