We’re looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join us and bring warmth, efficiency, and energy to our front desk. Island Hammock Pet Hospital offers a wide range of veterinary services designed to support pets through every stage of life. Services include wellness exams, vaccinations, dental care, diagnostics, surgery and urgent care, in-house laboratory services, radiology, pharmacy services, preventative medicine, senior pet care, and client education. The hospital is also AAHA accredited and Fear Free certified, focusing on reducing stress and anxiety for pets during visits through gentle handling, calming techniques, and pet-friendly facility design. We pride ourselves on delivering gold-standard care while making every client and patient feel seen, heard, and valued. Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism, in person and on the phone.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing daily workflow.
  • Answering questions and providing clear, compassionate client education.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating patient files.
  • Supporting the veterinary team with communication and coordination.
  • Processing payments and checking clients in and out.
  • Helping to ensure a calm, organized, and welcoming lobby experience.
