About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced store environment and provide friendly, efficient customer service. You will greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and may work with the food program. The role involves working in different areas of the store, inside and out, to help maintain store appearance and standards. You will interact with customers throughout the day and work with an energetic team to accomplish daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.

• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, including eye-hand coordination and potentially climbing a ladder.
