About The Position

The hospital offers a full range of services supported by in-house diagnostics, allowing for efficient, thorough treatment, while its dedicated team prioritizes client education and personalized care to help pets live long, healthy lives. We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in veterinary medicine and a strong passion for client communication and patient care.

Requirements

  • Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Able to provide exceptional customer service to clients and support to the veterinary team
  • Availability to work 2–3 days per week, including rotating weekends

  • Committed to creating a positive experience for both clients and their pets

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones
