About The Position

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining store appearance, operating the cash register, and handling customer returns. This role also involves developing a working knowledge of collegiate sports and local university activities to better serve customers.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be able to work a schedule based upon the business needs – including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and acknowledge all customers
  • Assist customers with locating merchandise
  • Fold, size, and replenish merchandise
  • Assist in cleaning the store, cash wrap, and fitting rooms
  • Assist in merchandise displays
  • Communicate with the management staff any customer requests/concerns
  • Operate the cash register by ringing up customer sales
  • Assist in completion of customer returns & adhering to the company policy
  • Assist brand reps in customer service & the Checkout Experience (email capture, following return policy, etc.)
  • Develop a working knowledge of collegiate sports and local university activities
