Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Customer Service setting required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills; Ability to speak with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
  • Ability to multi-task and balance shifting priorities to satisfy customer requests.
  • Willingness to collaborate with different departments within the organization to fulfill customer service excellence, including sales, engineering, accounting, and project management.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of ERP/order management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate order and quote entry into the ERP system.
  • Electronic order review and reconciliation.
  • Resolution of price discrepancies identified at the time of order.
  • Change order entry into the ERP system.
  • Retention of appropriate documents and emails related to orders and change orders.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Coordinators and Estimating teams to support incoming order volumes.
