We are a fast-paced manufacturing company specializing in fragrance and air care products, supporting a diverse range of customers from emerging brands to established companies. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support the day-to-day flow of customer orders and internal operations. This role is critical to maintaining accurate order processing and coordination across our production, planning, and warehouse teams. The position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to grow into a more involved role over time as you develop a deeper understanding of our systems and operations. General Description: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day handling of customer orders, including order entry, verification of requirements, coordination with internal teams, and support of shipment and invoicing processes. The role ensures that all necessary information, including specifications, labeling requirements, scheduling requirements, and shipping information, is accurately captured and communicated to Production, Planning, and Warehouse teams for accurate order fulfillment. This position helps to facilitate and execute shipments, creates invoicing and shipment documentation, and delivers invoicing to customers. This position also performs general clerical, administrative, and receptionist duties. The Customer Service Representative also helps with basic project development duties such as capturing accurate order/product specifications, facilitating graphics and proofing submissions, and responding to pricing inquiries.
